ROLLEX – EN ISO 9001:2015 Certification – Quality Management Manual

The company STELIOS K. MANTOUDIS CYLINDER PAINTERS SA, having the knowledge and experience in the field of “DESIGN, PRODUCTION AND TRADE OF ROLLERS AND PAINT AUXILIARY TOOLS”, can implement any type of relevant project that may be assigned to it.

Through the harmonious cooperation of all parties involved (management, staff, partners, suppliers but mainly its customers) it ensures the successful completion of its project.

In order to achieve the above, the Management of STELIOS K. MANTOUDIS CYLINDER PAINTERS SA

  • It has adopted a Quality Management System in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, which it applies throughout the company and in all activities with the aim of producing quality products specified or specific requirements of its customers as these have been agreed through written contracts / agreements with the aim of maximizing their satisfaction and always in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • It continuously reviews and improves the characteristics of its products and services, as well as the effectiveness of its Processes and by extension the entire Quality Management System. Compliance with the above principles is absolutely essential so that the company can continue to operate successfully both in the domestic market and abroad. The company considers that quality is a necessary condition for the fulfillment of its objectives and has set as a short-term goal the quality assurance of its products, while its long-term goal is Total Quality.
  • It sets measurable objectives for quality at the corporate level, at the functional level of Departments and/or Processes as well as with regard to products while monitoring the formation of the external environment with regard to technological developments, customer expectations and trends appearing in the market. The objectives it sets are established and evaluated in terms of their degree of achievement within the framework of the Review of the Quality Management System by the company’s Management.
  • It is committed to providing the required resources (material and technical equipment-training-know-how) to meet the needs, as they arise and are shaped by the existing situations, to the best of its ability. For this reason, it ensures the continuous improvement of the training and employment conditions of its staff and has an occupational physician & safety technician, while special emphasis is placed on the following:
    a) It ensures the creation of a working climate of continuous improvement of the Quality System,
    b) the systematic implementation of documented operating procedures to minimize errors,
    c) use of good quality materials and components from reliable suppliers,
    d) compliance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation. 
  • Monitors, measures, evaluates critical parameters and processes in order to ensure the quality of its products. 
  • Particular attention & respect for the environment and especially recyclable materials. The company participates in a recycling system where,
    a) plastics are recycled & reused & what is not acceptable is discarded in recycling bins,
    b) iron discarded from production and various other iron from supplies is collected in specific places and goes to iron recycling companies,
    c) paper, cardboard, paper packaging are recycled,
    d) batteries, the company has a disposal bin for them in collaboration with Afi,
    e) pallets in good condition are returned to suppliers, the rest are given for firewood,
    f) biological cleaning of liquid waste
 

In general, the company tries to have the least waste and that it does not pollute & constantly tries the best for the environment.

In the context of reducing the company’s energy footprint, it proceeded to lease electric cars and trucks.

With the policies implemented, the management ensures that:

  • Customer requirements are clearly identified and that these are met by offering quality products based on the specifications that have been set or agreed upon with them.
  • Customers are fully informed regarding changes regarding products and their distribution.
  • Any customer comments and complaints are reviewed on a regular basis and these are taken into account so that any corrective or preventive actions can be taken and new products that meet their requirements can be introduced to the market.
  • There is a documented customer satisfaction review system, the results of which are taken into account both for improving their satisfaction on an individual basis and for the overall improvement of the customer service provided.
  • At the same time, the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics includes the fundamental principles, rules and values that shape the framework of our corporate activities and define responsible business behavior and ethics.

This is how we ensure:

  • Transparency in recruitment.
  • The prohibition of accepting gifts or donations from individuals or businesses wishing to collaborate with the company.
  • We do not tolerate any kind of harassment (including all forms of sexual harassment & harassment of any other legally protected category) intimidation, rudeness or disrespect and any kind of obscene comments inside or outside our facilities.
  • We support various organizations within the framework of our social policy (Smile of the Child, Donations to Schools, etc.)

 

The principles of the System as well as the objective goals for quality are reviewed at regular intervals by the Company’s Management in order to adapt to new needs and developments in the market, legislative requirements and the achievement of goals for continuous improvement of the Company’s operations.

It is also the responsibility of the Company’s Management to ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated, understood and applicable by all of the Company’s human resources as well as its customers-external providers, with the ultimate goal of the continuous, stable development of its business activity with unwavering commitment to its principles and the continuous offer of its customers products and services of excellent quality.
